Dr. Hackworth's
Dr. Hackworth has worked with children of all ages in varied and diverse settings, including daycares and schools, outpatient clinics, developmental centers, inpatient psychiatric facilities, and pediatric hospitals and medical clinics. He has also been an active educator of child psychologists in training, and other health care professionals in training to work with children. Dr. Hackworth has presented research in child/pediatric psychology at regional, state, national, and international conferences, and has also published research articles in this area, as well. In addition, he has accepted numerous requests from both print and television media for interviews as an expert in child psychology regarding problems faced by children, parents, and families in today's society. In summary, Dr. Hackworth has, between training and professional practice, almost 20 years of clinical experience to draw upon to answer your questions. He has seen literally thousands of children, from toddlerhood all the way through the teenage years.
