We will NEVER distribute any customer information to any business or commercial enterprise without your consent. Our web site also utilizes NO COOKIES. At AskaChildPsychologist.com, privacy and security are taken seriously. Not only do we want to earn your business, but your trust as well!

In general, all services provided by AskaChildPsychologist.com are also strictly confidential. There are limits to confidentiality, however, for psychologists in any type of setting, and that includes the internet. No information may be given to any third party without your consent, unless we are required to do so by applicable state and federal law.

Instances in which AskaChildPsychologist.com could be required or mandated by law to disclose identifying information include: suspected or known abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or dependent disabled adult; expressed suicidal or homicidal ideations; and, when so directed by a court to assist in legal proceedings. (Depending upon your state or jurisdiction, we may be prohibited from disclosing information regarding homicidal ideations.) We would also be allowed to disclose basic identifying information when necessary to gain assistance in seeking fees owed to AskaChildPsychologist.com.

Other than the above possible exceptions, AskaChildPsychologist.com will keep all communications confidential, and we will NEVER post or publish any Question/Answer with any individually identifiable information attached. In fact, we encourage you to not even include any identifying information when you submit your questions. That way, even we will not know who you are unless an unforeseen problem with billing requires that we look at your billing information.
