Security Policy
Our web site encrypts your personal information, including your name, address, phone number, and credit card information prior to transmission over the internet using state of the art 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This technology works best when the site is viewed using Microsoft's Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.

The Ask a Question service is designed in such a way that only you should have access to your questions and answers. Once you have submitted your question and all other required information, you will receive an order number, User ID and Password. Keep all of those in a secure place.

When you are notified by email that your answer is ready, you will be directed to a secure web page where your User ID and Password will allow you, and only you, to read and/or print your question and answer. Be sure to give us an email address for you that no one else can access, and no one else will even know that you submitted a question unless you tell them yourself.

All questions, answers, and other information submitted to AskaChildPsychologist.com will be stored on a secure server. Archival information will be stored offline in secure, password-protected files accessible only to AskaChildPsychologist.com, or it will be deleted.
